The aura of increasing tension and anxiety that pervaded the years of the Cold War and the enormous destructive power of military technology, made the prospect of imminent annihilation of mankind increasingly likely.
As a prognosis of this disaster, a space mission was launched into orbit with the intent of colonizing a habitable planet. The distance from the Earth was such as to prevent any kind of communication, hence the widespread belief among the cosmonauts that wost had befallen their planet of origin.
Four centuries later, the settlers surprisingly stumbled upon a signal from the Earth dating back to the year 2013. This unexpected event rekindled hopes and a return expedition was organized. The crew landed in the year 2341 and made their first and devastating discovery: humanity was indeed extinct and the Earth's ecosystem had evolved, confronting anthropization residuum.
The project consists of a series of episodes narrating the research and the collection of material that described Earth's condition, post humanity.
