MOERSCHACH CONSEQUENCES
Studies about perception prove that every individual reacts differently to visual stimulus. We tend to project our own individualities when faced by images that are not easily linked to objective realities.
We interpret them on the basis of past experiences, knowledge and status of a certain culture or society.
As a consequence, I showed some photos to a group of people, mostly consisting of colors and geometric shapes, and asked the individuals to associate a word with each image. The results provided me with different points of view connected to each personality.
The images represent the interiors of Villa and Panza Collection (Varese) FAI artistic heritage and the details of Varese Corridor turned off , with the reflections of Dan Flavin's installations.
